ACC specialty chemicals index declines

American Chemistry Council's (ACC) specialty chemicals market volume index, measured on a three-month moving average (3MMA), declined by 2.0% in October 2016 compared with the corresponding month in 2015. Of the 28 specialty chemical sectors tracked by ACC, 12 showed increases and 16 declined year over year (YOY) in October.
