Rabigh Refining and Petrochemical Co. (Petro Rabigh; Rabigh, Saudi Arabia), a joint venture between Saudi Aramco and Sumitomo Chemical, on Tuesday reported a fourth-quarter net loss of 198 million Saudi riyals ($52.7 million) compared with a net profit of SR1.24 billion in the year-earlier quarter. The company recorded an operating loss of SR181 million in the fourth quarter compared with an operating profit of SR498 million in the fourth quarter of 2013.
