Oxiteno and Ashland sign agriculture cooperation

Oxiteno (S?o Paulo), a subsidiary of Ultrapar (S?o Paulo); and Ashland have entered into an agreement involving the companies' respective businesses selling specialty chemicals to the agricultural sector. The deal covers emerging markets in South America and Asia, Oxiteno says. Oxiteno and Ashland say they will provide technology products and services to agribusiness customers that rely on the complementarity of their surfactant and polymer porfolios.
