In a unanimous vote on 31 March, the US International Trade Commission (USITC) determined that domestic producers have been injured by imports of polyethylene terephthalate (PET) resin from Canada, China, India, and Oman, clearing the way for antidumping duties. Imports of PET from Canada will be subject to antidumping duties of 13.6%; from China, 104.98-126.58%; from India, 8.03-19.41%; and from Oman, 7.82%.
