KMG acquires electronic chemicals producer Nagase FineChem

KMG (Fort Worth, TX) says it has acquired Nagase FineChem (NFC; Singapore), a manufacturer of wet process chemicals for the electronics and semiconductor markets. KMG, a producer and distributor of specialty chemicals, has not disclosed the value of the deal. NFC’s revenues for 2015 totaled $8 million. KMG reported 2015 net revenue of $320 million.
