Solid phase synthesis of peptide vinyl sulfone and peptide epoxyketone proteasome inhibitors

The solid phase synthesis of the known proteasome inhibitor ZL3VS, using Kenner's safety catch protocol, is described. This methodology has been extended to the synthesis of various novel peptide vinyl sulfone and peptide ipoxyketone derivatives.
