Through the entirety of medical training, there is a fundamental notion that you are putting together the building blocks of your medical career. There is a steadfast belief that the hours of diligent study and clinical training are preparing you for your professional career to come. Little do most of us realize, until after completing training, that there is another completely different education that would also have been quite helpful. Learning how to conduct a patient interview, knowing how to differentially diagnose illnesses, and developing skills to better treat patients are but a part of this education.
