Korean court rules in Mitsubishi Chemical's favor in red phosphor patent infringement suit

Mitsubishi Chemical Corp. (MCC) announced today that on 2 April 2015, the Seoul High Court has upheld a lower court verdict in MCC’s favor in a patent infringement suit against Intematix (Fremont, CA) and GVP, its sales agent in South Korea.
