Albemarle has reported third-quarter net income down 10.1% year-on-year (YOY), to $65.4 million, on sales up 40.9%, to $905.1 million. Adjusted earnings, excluding costs related to the integration of Rockwood, totaled $100.9 million, or 90 cts/share, up 12.7% YOY.
