rPM acquires South African spray paint maker

RPM says that its Rust-Oleum (Vernon Hills, IL) paints and coat- ings business has acquired Spraymate Group (Randvaal, South Africa), the producer of South Africa's leading aerosol paint brand. Financial terms of the transaction, which is expected to be accre- tive to earnings within one year, have not been disclosed. Located close to Johannesburg, Spraymate has annual sales of about $5 million.
