Lanxess to Double China Plant Capacities

Lanxess says it will more than double capacities at its plant at Liyang, China, which manufactures trimethylolpropane (TMP), trimethylolpropane dimer (Di-TMP) and calcium formate. The expansion, which aims to meet increasing demand in China, will be undertaken in two phases. The first phase is scheduled for completion by the end of this year and the second phase by the end of 2011.
