Westlake increases share of China PVC jv to 95%

Westlake Chemical has acquired Ineos ChlorVinyls Holdings’ 35.7% interest in Suzhou Huasu Plastics Company (SHPC), a polyvinyl chloride (PVC) resin and fabrication joint venture located near Shanghai, China.
