Tessenderlo acquires certain herbicide assets from DduPont

Tessenderlo has purchased some of DuPont Crop Protection’s global Hexazinone solo product and its Hexazinone/Diuron-only mixture product business assets. The sale excludes assets in Brazil. Financial terms of the agreement have not been disclosed.
