Air Liquide will build and operate an air separation plant at Kstovo, Russia to supply industrial gases to RusVinyl, a polyvinyl chloride (PVC) joint venture between Sibur (Moscow) and SolVin (Brussels). The air separation unit will have capacity for more than 350 m.t./day of oxygen and will start up at the end of 2012. It is expected to cost ?60 million.
