Arkema says it has acquired Piezotech, a French startup company, which designs and manufactures fluorinated polymers. The acquisition enhances Arkema's portfolio with a new range of ultra high performance materials with potential high added value applications in sectors such as robot- ics, aerospace, textile, automotive and electronics, the company says.
