Permira to acquire CABB Group from Bridgepoint

Permira, a European private equity frm, today announced that a company owned by Permira funds has entered into an agreement to acquire CABB International (Sulzbach, Germany), a leading manu- facturers of fne chemicals from Bridgepoint. The transaction is expected to complete in June, subject to regulatory approvals and customary closing conditions. CABB is a vertically integrated global supplier of fne and specialty chemicals and custom manufacturing solutions.
