摘要

To treat common diseases of childhood, national programs must ensure that supply chains effectively reach community health workers with affordable, quality medicines for treating pneumonia, malaria, diarrhea and malnutrition. Yet there is little understanding of the factors that enhance or constrain product availability at the community level, the last mile of community case management (CCM) supply chains. Understanding and identifying solutions to address these supply constraints to CCM provision may yield substantial improvements in programs' effectiveness, scale, and impact in reducing child mortality.1'2
