In this note we try to give explanation for "what we mean by strategic negotiation skill". Between two or more parties in business, if there is any negotiation for a business deal then it is likely to conform to the "give and take policies". Now we give an understanding and definition of the strategic negotiation skill concept. This concept is that which helps in decision making during discussions to finalize optimal deal for each party in a two or more party business using the following principles of Business: (i) Zero-sum game principle (ii) Flexible-benefit principle.
