Global classical solutions of initial-boundary value problem for the equations of time-like extremal surfaces in the Minkowski space

In this paper, we consider the global existence of classical solutions of the mixed initial-boundary value problem for the equations of time-like extremal surfaces in the (1+n)-dimensional Minkowski space. Under some suitable assumptions, we prove the global existence and uniqueness of the C ~2 solution to this kind of problem.
