US producers of HFCs allege dumping by China, ask for duties

US producers of hydrofluorocarbons (HFCs) have asked for antidumping duties on imports originating in China. An industry group, the American HFC Coalition, says it has filed a petition with the US Department of Commerce and the US International Trade Commission, alleging that underpriced blends and components from China are being imported into the US market with dumping margins ranging from 100% to more than 300%.
