Sika buys Swiss adhesives maker

Sika (Baar, Switzerland) says it will acquire the business of Klebag Chemie (Ennetburgen, Switzerland), a manufacturer of adhesives for the sealing, bonding and fooring markets. Financial details of the acquisition have not been disclosed. Klebag generates annual sales of about 12 million Swiss francs ($13.5 million), Sika says.
