PPG acquires wall and ceiling repair frm Homax Group

PPG Industries has reached a defnitive agreement to acquire the Homax Group (Bellingham, WA), a supplier of decorative wall and ceiling texture repair products. The transaction is expected to close in the third quarter. Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed. Homax is a leading supplier of decorative aerosol drywall and ceiling texturing applications used primarily for home repair.
