The Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI) in Japan plans to hold ceremony in early October to express gratitude to Kuwait, which provided 42 billion Yen worth of five million barrels of crude oil for free in order to support disaster victims of the Great East Japan Earthquake.
