ACE Submits Official Takeover Proposal to ARMS

On May 7 local time, Asia Resource Minerals plc (ARMS), UK made it clear that the official takeover proposal was submitted by Asia Coal Energy Ventures Ltd. (ACE). According to ACE’s takeover proposal, the purchase price of shares in ARMS is Pence 41 per share and the takeover amount based on a 100% shareholding is GBP98.8 million. This purchase price is up by 7.2% from the closing price of shares in ARMS on May 6.
