Samsung Total plans to operate 850,000 metric-tonne-per year naphtha cracker and BTX unit at its petrochemical complex in Daesan at 100% of capacity in October. Since May, the company has fully operated both facilities and put up its policy to keep them in full production at least till the end of 2010.
