Tohoku Electric Chooses Vessel For Contract With Sakhalin II-Chartering Cygnus Passage, LNG vessel owned by TEPCO

摘要

Tohoku Electric Power Company decided to charter LNG vessel owned by Tokyo Electric Power Company (TEPCO) for the transportation of LNG from Sakhalin II LNG Project of which contract is be executed from FY 2010. TEPCO has used the vessel “Cygnus Passage” (145,400 cubic meters) to carry LNG from Sakhalin that is expected to be allotted for the transportation of LNG to TEPCO and Tohoku Electric from FY 2010.
