Thailand's PTTEP Extends Deadline For Cove Shareholders Once Again

Thailand's PTT Exploration and Production (PTTEP) extended its deadline for shareholders of the UK listed Cove Energy PLC to July 13th 13:00 (local time in London), while its offer price of 240 pence per share remains unchanged. This is the second time that PTTEP extends its offer validity to purchase Cove's share following July 6th.
