Even though contract negotiations on metallurgical coal with the blast furnace steel producers for the fiscal year 2010 have almost been finished for hard coking coal and low volatile (LV) PCI coal for the first quarter of the fiscal year 2010 (April-June) which have been almost concluded in agreements by 19th March, but the contract prices of semi-soft coking coal for the first quarter could not be settled.
