Tohoku Electric Power Company has not yet fixed its schedule to received LNG from Tangguh, Indonesia. The company has concluded Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA) with the sellers of Tangguh LNG Project for the purchase of annually 120,000 MT (2 cargos) of LNG over 15 years from 2010. The contract has already become effective. However, the company has still been unable to tell when to receive the cargo because of the declining demand for electricity.
