Commencement to operate Wiggins Island Coal Export Terminal (WICET) which is supposed to be constructed at the port of Gladstone in the State of QLD, Australia has been put off until March, 2015 from October, 2014. In light of the market situation on construction and timings to obtain plural approvals and licenses, the commencement of operation has been put off by about 5 months.
