On August 3, Aluminium Corporation of China Limited (CHALCO) decided to put off the commencement date of takeover bid (TOB) being August 3 to September 4. This is the second time to postpone the commencement of TOB, and CHALCO's original schedule was to conduct TOB of SouthGobi Resources on July 5.
