S.Korea's GS Caltex To Procure Diesel Oil From Korea National Oil Corp

It seems that South Korea's major oil refiner GS Caltex Corporation requested Korea National Oil Corp (KNOC) to supply 870,000 barrels of diesel oil. The company have had prompted demand from use-users before the price revision in addition to the fact that there were series of malfunction found at its secondary units.
