Naphtha Negotiations With ADNOC To Inevitably Get Stuck

At negotiations on term supply of naphtha from United Arab Emirates for shipment from October 2010 to September 2011, customers had sent their reply before the deadline of July 23rd whether they can accept prices offered by Abu Dhabi National Oil Company, or ADNOC. As many customers are claiming that the prices are expensive, no buyers are likely to sign contracts unless the offer prices are reduced. Under the circumstances, the negotiations will unavoidably come to a deadlock.
