TEPCO To Raise Its Receipt Of Fuel/Crude Oils In Feb By 13% To 1.29 Mil KL

Tokyo Electric Power Company (TEPCO) fixed its plan to receive 1.29 million MT of fuel and crude oils, consisting of 800,000 KL of fuel oil and 490,000 MT of crude oil, in February 2013, with an increase of 13.3% from the same month of the previous year. While TEPCO estimated its consumption of fuel and crude oils to be 1.33 million MT, comprising 860,000 KL of fuel oil and 470,000 KL of crude oil, up 18.3% from a year ago. It is also anticipated that TEPCO will have 1.16 million KL in stock at the end of the month, being composed of 480,000 KL of fuel oil and 680,000 KL of crude oil, rising by 9.4% from a year earlier.
