IchorCoal Raises Share Purchase Price

On October 2, Universal Coal plc announced that IchorCoal NV, Netherlands raised its purchase price of sharesin Universal Coal to A$0.25 per share. IchorCoal originally intended to purchase shares in Universal Coal at a rate of A$0.16 per share. Hence, the sharepurchase price is up by 56 % from the original one.
