On 20th April Anglo American announced to sell out equity interest it owns in Peace River Coal Ltd. Partnership (PRC). Anglo American owns 74.83 percent interest in PRC. The remaining interest in PRC is held 12.99 percent by Hillsborough Resources Ltd and 12.18 percent by NEMI Northern Energy & Mining Inc. Both companies intend to sell out interest in PRC, which means 100 percent in PRC will be sold out as a whole package.
