Tokyo Gas To Consume 9.97 Mil. MT Of LNG For FY 2010-Up 1.8% from FY 2009

According to the outline of supply plans of Tokyo Gas, which was announced on March 25th, the company is scheduled to consume 9,972,000 MT of LNG for fiscal year 2010 (from April 2010 to March 2011), increasing by 175,000 MT (1.8%) compared with prospective consumption of FY 2009. In its sales plan, Tokyo Gas estimated the sales of gas for FY 2010 to be 13.28 billion cubic meters, up 0.16 billion cubic meters (1.2%) from FY 2009, showing its prospects that the sales volume of gas will steadily grow with gradual economic recovery in spite of remaining influence of recent recession.
