摘要

Background: LncRNA hypoxia-inducible factor-2 alpha (HIF-2 alpha) promoter upstream transcript (HIF2PUT) functions as a novel regulatory factor of osteosarcoma stem cells partly by controlling HIF-2 alpha expression. The aim of this study was to investigate the clinical significance of HIF-2 alpha and HIF2PUT in human osteosarcoma.
