House Passes Tariff Suspension Bill

The U.S. House of Representatives today passed legislation that temporarily suspends and/or reduces tariffs on hundreds of products, including chemical raw materials, imported into the U.S. The bill, known as the Miscellaneous Tariff Bill (MTB), passed the House with a Democratic majority vote of 378-43.
