Dear friends and members of the T.I.C., At the time this quarterly bulletin comes to your attention, a successful 2006 for the T.I.C. has come to an end. The last year was successful in many respects: We were able to achieve record membership for the association with 96 members. We had a most successful General Assembly at Innsbruck with excellent participation. We continued our joint work with the IAEA in the hope of overcoming the issue with raw material transportation. We finally succeeded in hiring a new Secretary General, who will follow Judy after her retirement.
