摘要

We have established a quantitative relationship between the spatial period of localization of plastic straining and the parameters of the dislocation structure of a zirconium alloy. It is found that the wavelength of localized straining is proportional to the average size of elements of a dislocation substructure formed in the material in various stages of plastic flow. A quantitative interpretation of this relationship is proposed.
