A recent round-up globally shows that more commitment is being shown in the electronics industry while converters are resorting to renewably-sourced packaging to highlight their ecological image. Claiming that it's the first of its kind in the world, Fujitsu has introduced an eco-friendly keyboard using German company FKuR's Biograde resin for some of the components. The injection moulded KBPC PX ECO keyboard has been launched under the Green IT label with 45% of the plastic components replaced with renewable materials, like the C 7500 CL resin that is used for the keyboard base.
