Hot tillable PET bottle production

PET solutions provider Sidel has introduced the Matrix blower eHR to produce hot tillable PET bottles. By heating the mould via electrical heat resistance (eHR) instead of hot oil, the system is said to achieve various benefits in terms of bottle quality, performance, process flexibility, uptime, energy savings and operator safety.
