Other companies taking a keen interest in the PU raw materials market are Swedish speciality chemicals firm Perstorp and Thai chemical giant PTT Global Chemical (PTT GC). The two companies plan to set up a joint venture to manufacture TDI and aliphatic (IPDI, HDI and derivatives) isocyanates for the PU industry.
