Another company that is looking at viable opportunities in the Middle East is US-based Dow Chemical. It is setting up a joint venture with Saudi Arabian Oil Company (Saudi Aramco) to build a world-scale integrated chemical complex in Jubail Industrial City, Saudi Arabia, with an investment of US$20 billion.
