Start with imagination,add a dollop of foresight and sprinkle a liberal amount of diligence to work with customers and even a smallish operation can stir up serious possibilities and business opportunities in the highly competitive plastics moulding sector.NCI Industries,previously known as Nam Chuan Industries,was set up in 1971.In its present form,the group was established by five Low brothers in 1998,with each of them owning 20% of the equity.Two of the brothers,Low Boon Hoe and Low Boon Chai,own 70% of another moulding company Goldpar Precision.
