When a customer that was injection moulding PPS electrical components faced problems in sticking and flow problems it turned to Axel Plastics for a solution.The company says that a 0.5% addition of its proprietary process aid additive MoldWiz Int-38HM used in the resin mix was able to reduce process temperatures by 30 degrees.Even at this reduced temperature,resin flow was significantly better,permitting the multiple cavity,complex mould to fill easily at reduced pack pressure and with less heat history.
