Higher productivity from Netstai

At the Chinaplas,Netstai will showcase its 2400-1700 Synergy equipped with a 48-cavity mould made by KTW of Austria. It will mould HDPE closures for Ineos at a cycle time of less than 3.5 seconds or 50,000 pieces/hour. The homogeneous melt and the injection accuracy guarantee the highest precision,says the machinery maker. Austrian company Eisbar's air drying system will be placed above the moulding machine,ensuring that the mould is not contaminated by humidity during removal of the finished product.
