Flexibility in sheet line

Germany-based esde recently supplied a customised co-extrusion line for thermoplastic sheet. The line is able to produce 1,350 mm-wide PS and ABS sheet at outputs up to 500 kg/hr. Both the single-screw degassing extruders,with screw diameters of 70mm/32D and 50mm/31d,are mounted on a sinlge machine frame that also includes the compelte electricla system.
