Huntsman Chemical is to go a head with plans to build a mammoth 400,000tpa LDPE plant at Wilton,on Teesside,at a cost of POUND200m (PRW 11 April 2003).Subject to the signing of a technology licence,the US group expects work of start on the project next year.
